On 03/05/2011 at 2230 hrs Thilak Chandra PI South police station along with his staff on credible information conducted raid on Hotel Attavar Regency at Attavar Mangalore. At the time of raid Police found 10 persons playing “Ander - Bahar” with cards. The Police seized cash Rs. 19,150/ and playing cards from the spot by arresting Basheer, Sameer, Haneef, Ibrahim, Hafeez, Anwar, Mahammed Iqbal, Mahammad Iqbal and Nazeer who were indulging in gambling.
In this connection, a case has been registered against the arrested persons in South Police Station PS U/s 79, 80 of the Karnataka Police Act.
