·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore West Police Station. On 02/05/2011 at 1430 hrs near Ladygoshan Hospital at Mangalore one driver of Swift car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-3265 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Josh T.G (50) R/o Hosadurga Kasaragod Kerala State a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.  

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 27/04/2011 at 1930 hrs near Venkataramana School at Kulaigudde Surathkal Mangalore one Thomas D Souza rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-5496 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result one Brayan D Souza (25) R/o Kutthethoor village Mangalore Taluk pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Belthangady Police Station. On 02/05/2011 at 0800 hrs near Sri Keshthra Dharmasthala at Dharmsthala village Mangalore Taluk one Harisha driver of a jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-4550 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Suresha Govinda (49) a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 01/05/2011 at 2200 hrs accused one Ravi @ Rajesh criminally restrained one Avinash (24) R/o Kanneeruthota Kolya village Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk near his house and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him with key punch and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Criminal restraint along with Hurt has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 01/05/2011 at 2315 hrs accused driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-9080 and driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-7174 criminally restrained one Sulaiman M R/o Udupi District in front of Dwara Hotel at Baikampady Mangalore and assaulted him by hand and with stones owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Hurt has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 01/05/2011 at 1030 hrs accused Sulaiman and Isub assaulted one Monappa Poojary (52) R/o Krishnapur Surathkal Mangalore with wooden stick at Baikampady Mangalore.

·        A case of Boy missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. One Ravi (14) student of Aloysius Home hostel at Neharu Nagar Someshwar village Mangalore Taluk left his hostel on 28/04/2011 and did not return his hostel thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
