·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Panambur Police Station. In between 20/05/2011 and 30/05/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-K-6959 belonging to one Naveen Kumar Gowda R/o Palthady village Puttur Taluk that was parked near Dixi Garage at Panambur Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 40,000/.

·        A case under Cruelty by husband and his relatives, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Criminal intimidation along with Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered in Ullal Police Station on the complaint of one Roshan Priya D Souza (29) R/o. Thokkottu Permannur village Mangalore Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Vinodh D Alameda (husband) and his relatives Lancy D Alameda and Sunitha gave physical and mental harassment to one Vinodh D Alameda to bring more dowry and also gave life threat her.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 30/05/2011 at 0945 hrs in front of Adharsh Printers at Kadri Mangalore one Sathisha rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-7549 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Alwyn D Souza (58) R/o Temple road Kadri Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 30/05/2011 at 1100 hrs on NH-17 at Kotekaru village Mangalore Taluk one Mohammed Iqbal driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-5976 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Dinakara Shetty (47) R/o Kolya Kotekar village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 28/05/2011 at 1940 hrs in front of Yenapoya Hospital at Deralakatte Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-3 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and applied break due which one Ismail Irfan (19) R/o Kotekar village Mangalore Taluk who was traveling in the said bus was thrown out of the bus and sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. In between 1600 hrs and 2115 hrs of 30/05/2011 one Krishna (28) R/o Kavalamoodur village Bantwal Taluk committed suicide by hanging in his house owing to personal problem.
