·        A case under Burglary has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. In between 1700 hrs of 22/05/2011 and 0830 hrs of 25/05/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Praveen Anthony D’Souza R/o Shine Garden Vamanjur Mangalore by breaking the door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments worth of Rs.24,500/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 24/05/2011 at 1430 hrs near Vamanjur junction Mangalore Taluk one rider of motocycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-9345 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against Prasilla Vas, Prajwal and Edwin pedestrians. As a result Edwin sustained simple injureis and Prasilla Vas & Prajwal sustained griveous injuries.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 24/05/2011 at 1530 hrs near Jain Pete Betgeri one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-20-P-0309 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-1-L-3815. As a result Harishchandra R/o Marodi village Belthangady Taluk rider and Pramod Kotian pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grevious injuries.

·        A case under Rioting, Criminal restraint, House Trespass along with mischief causing damage has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 25/05/2011 at 0015 hrs accused Lokesh, Annu @ Devu, Sunil, Santhosh and Sathish forming into unlawful assembly at Alike cross Badagulipadi village Mangalore Taluk and criminally restrained one Harish R/o Badagulipadi village Mangalore Taluk and thereafter criminally trespassed to his house and damaged the window glass by pleting the stone and also gave life threat owing to previous enimty.

·        A case of Man missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. One Nayaz Pasha (30) R/o Subhash Nagar Ullal Mangalore who left his house on 22/05/2011 at 0830 hrs and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been missing since then.

·        A case of Woman missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. One Sujatha (24) W/o Surendra R/o Thodudala Permannur village Mangalore Taluk who left her house on 25/05/2011 at 2100 hrs and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been missing since then.
