· A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 01/05/2011 at 1330 hrs at Kadekar Kelinjaru village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A-30-2773 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Divya (08) a pedestrian and caused her serious injuries. Further she was admitted to the Govt hospital at Moodabidre where she succumbed to his injuries on the same day while under treatment.

On 01/05/2011 at 1540 hrs accused Haneef and Abbusali criminally restrained one Mohammed Ashraf (24) R/o Natekal Mangalore near his house and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to financial dispute between them.

On 01/04/2011 at 0945 hrs accused Nasir @ Abdhul Nasir (27) and driver of Tavera car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-5100 abused Shyam Sundara PSI (Crime) Ullal and his staff while they were on duty at Bharath High school Ullal Mangalore owing to trivial issue.
