·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 02/05/2011 at 1520 hrs near Telephone Exchange at Konaje village Mangalore Taluk one Udayaraj Shetty rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-3467 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-9266. As a result one Jayanth @ Jayananda (38) R/o Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-9266 sustained simple injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In On 06/05/2011 at 1300 one Dharnappa Poojary (55) R/o Sai Kripa Moodukonaje village Mangalore Taluk attempted to commit suicide by consuming poison in his house owing to health problem. Further he was admitted to hospital where he was declared dead while under treatment on 07/05/2011 at 2145 hrs.
