·        A case under Burglary has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 0200 hrs and 0300 hrs of 28/05/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into house belonging to one Aboobakkar P.K (42) R/o Kinya village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments worth Rs. 2, 00,000.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 28/05/2011 at 1200 hrs near Arkula Dwara at Arkula village Mangalore Taluk one Javed driver of Scorpio car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-M-8254 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided one Nijamuddin (23) R/o Padu village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 26/05/2011 hrs at 2200 hrs accused Nazar and Irshad  criminally restrained one Razak (32) R/o Kunjatthabail Mangalore at Shanthi Nagara Kavoor Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him with iron punch and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 25/05/2011 at 1415 hrs in the bus stand at Thokkuttu Permannur village Mangalore accused rider and pillion rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Y-6089 criminally stopped the KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KL-15-8208 and abused driver of said KSRTC bus one Suresh K (32) R/o Kerala State in filthy language while he was on duty and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.
