·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 2130 hrs and 2230 hrs of 04/05/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-1149 belonging to one Jagadhisha K (25) R/o Palladamoole Keremaru Madnoor village Puttur Taluk that was parked near Kadri Temple road at Akashavani Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 20,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 19/05/2011 at 2250 hrs at Ullal Bail at Ullal Mangalore one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-4406 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-5934. As a result motorcycle rider, Rafeeq driver of auto rickshaw and Hameed (31) R/o Munnur village Mangalore who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 18/05/2011 at 2315 hrs accused Razaq, Thanimamu @ K Mohammed and Lathif criminally restrained one Abdhul Jabbar (35) R/o Alekala Ullal Mangalore and abused him in filthy language near Alekala Bazar at Ullal Mangalore  and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under NDPS Act has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 19/05/2011 at 1400 hrs PSI Mangalore South PS on credible information, conducted a raid at Mahakalipadppu Mangalore and seized 460 Grms of Ganja that was kept illegally for sale. In this connection Ravichandra (22) and Sameer Hasen have been apprehended.

Missing Persons: 02

·        A case of Woman missing has been registered in Barke Police Station. One Radhika (28) who was admitted at White House Home Matadakani Mangalore on 05/05/2011 for treatment. She was left the White House Home on 17/05/2011 at 0600 hrs and did not return back and she has been found missing since then.

·        A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. One Ananthapadmanabha (30) R/o Balikaashrama road Kankanady Mangalore who left his house on 17/05/2010 at 0900 hrs and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been missing since then.
