·       A case of Burglary has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On interviewing night of 29-30/04/2011 one Azeez @ Techno Azeez gained entry into the house belonging to one Abdul Samad (30) R/o Kukkadi Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the window and committed theft of Gold ornaments. All in worth Rs. 1, 30,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 16/08/2011 at 0915 hrs at U.P. Mallya Road Hampanakatte Mangalore one Tharanath driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-2344 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-1287. As a result car driver one Abdul Khadar sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 16/08/2011 at 1230 hrs on NH 66 near Panambur Tole Gate at Panambur Mangalore one Thousif Ahmed driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-17-2558 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Maruthi Alto car bearing Reg. No. KA-20-P-2915. As a result Michael D’Souza and Anita passengers of said car sustained simple injuries.

·    A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 16/08/2011 at 1000 hrs accused K.L. Gupta, Rohith Adyar and Harish abused one Mohammed Thahir at Attavara Mangalore in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 15/08/2011 at 0915 hrs accused Salam, Rahamath and Musthafa abused one Ahmed Bava near Ullal Darga at Ullal Mangalore in filthy language and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 15/08/2011 at 1400 hrs one Nithin (24) R/o Mulki village Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped and washed away in the sea while he was playing at Mallamar seashore Surathkal Mangalore and his dead body found at same place on 16/08/2011 at 1800 hrs. The death seems to be due to drowning.

·        A case of Boy missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 13/08/2011 at 1400 hrs one Ahmed Riyaz (14) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk went out and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
