·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 2330 hrs of 30/07/2011 and 0800 hrs of 31/07/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into Shri Ram Bhajana Mandira at Yeyyadi Mangalore by breaking the window and committed theft of gold and silver ornaments along with cash Rs. 150/ all in worth Rs. 2, 74,000/.

·        A case of Ordinary Theft has been registered in Mulki Police Station. In between 1800 hrs of 29/06/2011 and 30/06/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of iron sheets that was kept near Indira Nagar College at Haleyangadi village Mangalore Taluk. The stolen property is worth Rs. 1, 00,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 31/07/2011 at 1800 hrs near City Centre at K.S. Rao road Mangalore one driver of Maruthi 800 car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-7477 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Pradeep Kumar (45) R/o Hoige Bazar Mangalore and caused him simple injuries.

On 30/07/2011 at 2200 hrs accused Brijesh, Praveen and Naveen criminally restrained Lathish, Thukaram and Rohith near Madhuvan Bar & Restaurant at Yeyyadi Mangalore and abused them in filthy language and assaulted Lathish by knife and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 30/07/2011 at 2200 hrs near Madhuvan Bar & Restaurant at Yeyyadi Mangalore accused Lathish, Thukaram, Charan and Rohith abused one Brijesh R/o Padavu village Mangalore in filthy language and assaulted him by sickle and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 31/07/2011 at 1300 hrs near Alvas Hospital at Marpadi village Mangalore Taluk accused Karnan, Anwar Saha, Munevar Fairoos and Jindo Jose abused one Sam John (24) R/o Kerala State in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt, Dacoity, Criminal intimidation along with SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 31/07/2011 at 1030 hrs accused Vishu Kumar @ Munna, Mahesh, Shashi, Sudhakar, Jeevan, Girish, Annu, Naveen Puthran and Nithin criminally restrained one Vishwanatha R/o Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk at Gerukatte Karnadu village Mangalore Taluk and abused him in filthy language reffering to his caste and assaulted him by hand and accused took away gold chain worth Rs. 15,000/ and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
