·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. Interviewing night of 07-08/08/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into Durga Printers at Nishmitha Towers Marpadi village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the front door lock and committed theft cash Rs. 10,750/ and gold ornaments all in worth Rs. 22,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 09/08/2011 at 1015 hrs near Ambika driving school at Clock tower Mangalore one driver of auto tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-4593 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Cyril Crasta a pedestrain and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 07/08/2011 at 1900 hrs at Marakada junction Kavoor Mangalore Taluk one rider of unknown motorcycle drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one GIrijamma (55) R/o Kunjathbail village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrain and caused him simple injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 09/08/2011 at 1710 hrs on NH 66 near Maroors Padmanabha Pai Co. at Kottara chowki Mangalore one driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. MH-43-U-9416 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-ED-864. As a result motorcycle rider Pushparaja Kotian (29) R/o Thannirbavi Mangalore sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 09/08/2011 at 0320 hrs on NH 66 near Naganakatte at Thokkottu Mangalore one Sudhir Shetty driver of Tata sumo car bearing Reg. No. KA-01-C-492 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-2118. As a result auto rickshaw driver one Prabhakar Shetty (48) R/o Madyaru Kotekar Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 08/08/2011 at 2300 hrs one Mohan Gowda (35) R/o Kompadavu village Mangalore Taluk was found dead in his house. The death seems to be due to some illness.

Missing Persons: 01

·    A case of Boy missing has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 31/07/2011 one Umesh R/o kana house Konaje village Mangalore Taluk went out to Assaigoli junction and did not return his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
