·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 2355 hrs of 27/07/2011 and 0730 hrs of 28/07/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Tipper lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-6664 belonging to one M.S Abdul Latheef (37) R/o Thenka Mijar village Mangalore Taluk that was parked in front of his house. The Tipper lorry is worth Rs. 8, 00,000/.

·        A case under Criminal trespass, Mischief of causing damage, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 2707/2011 at 2315 hrs accused Dinesha criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Veena S (46) R/o Urundadi Mangalore and abused her and her son in filthy language anddamaged the house by breaking window glass and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue. The damage is caused about Rs. 2,000/.

No. KA-19-EC-6591 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Praveen Suvarna (36) R/o Hoige Bazar Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 27/07/2011 at 1500 hrs Beebi Lachila at Adyappady village Mangalore Taluk one Activa Honda scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-221 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sathish (30) R/o Adyappady village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 25/07/2011 at 0935 hrs at Gurupura Muloor village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-1129 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-2289. As a result car driver one Narayan Salian (47) R/o Kotekaru village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries. The bus driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
