·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 18/07/2011 at 1700 hrs near Eden Garden at Nanthoor Mangalore accused Damodar Shenoy criminally restrained one Vasanthi Shenoy (51) R/o Mannagudde Mangalore and abused her in filthy language and assaulted her by hand and also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute between them.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 18/07/2011 at 2130 hrs near Hotel Roopa at Balmatta Road Mangalore one Aboobakkar Saheb driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-4884 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Yadava Shetty a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

On 19/07/2011 at 1120 hrs near Hotel Deepa Comforts at Kodialbail Mangalore accused one Udaya abused one Niranjan (23) R/o Pedamale Bantwal Taluk in filthy language and also assaulted him with a knife and tried to kill him owing to trivial issue.

On 19/07/2011 at 1715 hrs at Bharath Mall Parking place Bejai Mangalore accused Vishal, Guru @ Thilak, Vinayak and Ganesh abused one Hithesh Shetty (26) R/o Bejai Kapikad Mangalore in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. One Ramesh (40) R/o Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk suffering from illness was admitted to Wenlock hospital Mangalore on 17/07/2011. He was found dead on 18/07/2011 at 1100 hrs.
