On 15/07/2011 at 1800 hrs on NH-17 at Ambika Road Ullal village Mangalore Taluk one Shivaraja rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-4675 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Shanthamma (35) R/o raichur Dist a pedestrian and caused her grievous injuries.
