Fatal: 01

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 03/07/2011 at 0120 hrs in front of Pabbas at Lalbaug Mangalore one Antony driver of car bearing Reg. No. KL-07-BR-2 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which the vehicle capsized. As a result Antony driver of said car sustained grievous injuries. Further he was admitted to AJ Hospital Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on the same day at 0635 hrs.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 02/07/2011 at 2000 hrs in front of Medicity Building at Falnir Mangalore one driver of Qualis car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MC-444 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Anwar Hussain R/o Madanthyar Belthangady Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 03/07/2011 at 1945 hrs near R.T.O. Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-B-3287 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Narayan R/o Pandeshwar Mangalore and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 01/07/2011 at 1815 hrs near Kuduremukh junction at Panambur Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-8452 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-2845. As a result Duggappa driver, Nandeesh and Maruthi passangers of said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalolre South Police Station. On 03/07/2011 at 0630 hrs accused Ibrahim, Ashraf and Mahammad Shreef abused one Abubakkar (33) R/o Puttur in filthy language near South dhakke Mangalore and assaulted him by belt and also gave life threat to him owing to financial dispute between them.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 03/07/2011 at 1645 hrs accused Kabeer, Naseer, Abdul Khader and Abdul Samad criminally restrained Abdul azeez and Mahammad Rafeeq at Pavoor village Mangalore Taluk and abused them in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 03/07/2011 at 1650 hrs accused Abdul Azeez, Manki Mahammad, M.T. Farooq and MAhammad Rafeeq abused Abdul Khadar and Abdul Samad at Pavoor village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. One Subbaraya Gowda (55) R/o Durga Nagar Surathkal Mangalore who was suffering from some illness. Further he was admitted to AJ Hospital Mangalore on 02/07/2011 at 1200 hrs where he declared dead while under treatment on 03/07/2011 at 1335 hrs. Death seems to be due to some illness.
