·      A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1000 hrs and 2200 hrs of 07/07/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Pulsar motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-6101 belonging to one Faiz Hassan R/o Balmatta Mangalore that was parked in the parking place of City Center. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 20,000/.

·       A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 07/07/2011 at 1800 hrs Mutthayyakere Yelinje village Mangalore Taluk one Pushparaj driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-B-0412 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-3826. As a result motorcycle rider one Harish Shetty sustained simple injuries. Further the bus driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·       A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 07/07/2011 at 1945 hrs at Gurupura Muloor village Mangalore Taluk one motorcycle rider bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-8291 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Ajubar (35) R/o Thokkottu Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·    A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 08/07/2011 at 1900 hrs on NH 17  at Sankolige Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk one Mohammed Rafique driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-2788 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-20-N-1838. As a result car driver one Ashok (30) R/o Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

·   A case under Rioting, Criminal restraint, Hurt, Intentional insult with intent provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 08/07/2011 at 1505 hrs accused manda Asif, Salam, Badru @ Badruddin, Ballari Ashraf, Nasim and other 7-8 persons forming into an unlawful assembly at Sayyed Madani Darga compound Ullal Mangalore and criminally restrained U. M Ahammed Kabeer (46) R/o Ullal Mangalore and Ismail Aboobakar (34) R/o Ullal Mangalore and abused them in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and they also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

·   A case under Rioting, Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Intentional insult with intent provoke breach of the peace has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 08/07/2011 at 1530 hrs accused Ismail, Kabeer, Musthafa, Saleem P.C, Zakhir, Ayub and Kabir forming into an unlawful assembly at Sayyed Madani Darga compound Ullal Mangalore and criminally restrained Asif (36) R/ Mukacheri Ullal Mangalore Taluk and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and they also assaulted Abdul Satthar, Rahamathulla and Salam who came to help Asif owing to trivial issue.

·       A case of Girl missing has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 08/07/2011 at 1200 hrs one Shaila (19) R/o Kelaputhige village Mangalore Taluk left her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.

·       A case of Girl missing has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 07/07/2011 at 1500 hrs one Joyline (19) R/o Moodushede village Mangalore Taluk left her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
