·      A case of MV theft has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. In between 1900 hrs of 20/06/2011 and 0600 hrs of 21/06/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Tipper Lorry bearing Reg. No. KL-08-L-1273 belonging to one Mohammed Shareef (45) R/o Katipalla Surathkal Mangalore that was parked in the premise of OMPL gate Purmude village Mangalore Taluk. The Tipper is worth Rs. 3, 50,000/.

·     A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 06/07/2011 at 1615 hrs on NH 66 at Baikampady Mangalore one driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AD-4597 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-2934. As a result motorcycle rider one Rajesh (38) R/o Surathkal Mangalore sustained grievous injuries.

·  A case under Rioting, Criminal restraint, Hurt, Intentional insult with intent provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 05/07/2011 at 1930 hrs accused Nithin, Sachin, Sunil Alva, Devananda @ Kutti, Sudarshan, Shivananda, Ashish, Krishnaraj, Purushotham, Prakash, Nithin, Sathish and other 02 persons forming into an unlawful assembly with deadly weapons at Bappanadu Mangalore Taluk and criminally stopped the motorcycle and abused motorcycle ride Rayan Denk Soans (19) and Pillion rider Karhik in filthy language and assaulted them with iron rod and they also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 02

·       A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 06/07/2011 at 0130 hrs one Sunil Shetty R/o Kodikal Mangalore accidentally slipped into sea while working at 5^th Berth at NMPT Mangalore and died due to drowning.

·  A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 05/07/2011 at 2100 hrs one Kruthi (18) R/o Kotekaru village Mangalore Taluk sustained serious burn injuries while trying to light kerosene stove in her house. She was admitted to K.S Hegde hospital at Deralakatte Mangalore but she succumbed her injuries while undergoing treatment on 06/07/2011 at 0530 hrs.
