·        A case under Cruelty by husband, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station on the complaint of one Nalini (28) R/o Badaga Mijaru village Mangalore Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Santhosh Pooojary (husband) gave physical and mental harassment to one Nalini and assaulted her by hand and also gave life threat her. Due to which on 14/07/2011 at 1700 hrs she was committed suicide by consuming poison at her house. Further she was admitted as inpatient at Alvas Hospital Moodabidre.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 17/07/2011 at 1430 hrs at Balepuni village Bantwal Taluk one driver of Alto car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-ME-8568 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-6996. As a result Alto car driver and other 02 travellers of said car sustained simple injuries.

·      A case under Criminal restraint along with Hurt has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 16/07/2011 at 0815 hrs accused Prashanth and Kishore criminally restrained one Chethan Kumar R/o near Kulshekhara Diary Mangalore near Kulshekhar Diary Padavu village Mangalore Taluk and assaulted him with knife owing to trivial issue.
