·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 2300 hrs of 19/07/2011 and 0530 hrs of 20/07/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Asma (26) R/o madoor Kotekar village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the back door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments all in worth Rs. 5, 80,000/.

·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 2400 hrs of 19/07/2011 and 0530 hrs of 20/07/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Mohammad Ashraf (42) R/o Kotekar village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of gold chain all in worth Rs. 49,000/.

·        A case under Rape, Wrongful confinement along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 18/07/2011 at 1630 hrs accused Naushad and Farooq kidnapped her and wrongfully confined one Samshad (32) R/o Hosangadi village Belthangady Taluk at Kallabettu village Mangalore Taluk and forcibly raped her. Further they also gave life threat to her.

On 19/07/2011 at 2100 hrs at Iruvailu village Mangalore Taluk accused Thimmappa (52) R/o Iruvailu village Mangalore Taluk abused Harish and Usha in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and bottle owing to trivial issue.
