·       A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 01/07/2011 at 2150 hrs on NH 66 at Toll gate NMPT Panambur Mangalore one driver of unknown vehicle drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Rajan a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries.  Further he admitted to Wenlock hospital Mangalore where he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on same day.

·       A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 30/06/2011 at 1930 hrs at Gandhi nagar Marpady village Mangalore Taluk one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-K-167 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one one Sanjeeva (36) R/o Gandhi nagar Marpady village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·       A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 28/06/2011 at 2130 hrs accused Bhavu, Ibrahim Sharief and Others criminally restrained one Rohith Shetty (57) R/o Bantwal Taluk at Taudugoli Naringana village Bantwal Taluk and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.
