·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 2100 hrs of 14/03/2011 and 0530 hrs of 28/03/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Shaheera (54) R/o Nalpad Kunil Palace Jeppu Mangalore by breaking the back door lock and committed theft of cash Rs. 10,000/.

·        A case under Cruelty by husband and his relatives, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station on the complaint of one Reena Pereira W/o Jaison Roy Pereira R/o near Derebail Church Prashanth Nagara Mangalore. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Jaison Roy Pereira (husband) and his relatives Renny Pereira gave physical and mental harassment to one Reena Pereira to bring more dowry and assaulted her by hand.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 30/03/2011 at 1915 hrs in front of K.M. C Hospital at Bejai Mangalore one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-7452 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-7452. As a result both riders of motorcycles and pillion riders of said motorcycle sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 28/03/2011 at 0945 hrs one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-B-7937 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and applied break suddenly on SH-13 at Marpady village Mangalore due to which one Sowndarya (16) R/o Beluvai village Mangalore Taluk a passenger in the said bus was thrown out from the bus and sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 30/03/2011 at 1545 hrs near Padil Railway Bridge at Padil Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2471 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-7746. As a result one Naveen (30) R/o Kaikamba Mangalore rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 02

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 30/03/2011 at 0400 hrs one Girija (65) R/o Kalbhavi Kodikal Mangalore committed suicide by jumping into the well near her house owing to health problem.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On the night of 29/03/2011 one Vajravelu accidentally slipped into pond while walking at Banga Kuloor Mangalore and died of drowning.

Missing Persons: 02

·        A case of Woman Missing has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. In between 2300 hrs of 29/03/2011 and 0500 hrs of 30/03/2011 one Ruksana Bhanu (22) W/o Imthiyaz Ismail R/o Kolambe village Mangalore Taluk left her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She was found missing since then.

·        A case of Girl Missing has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 1000 hrs of 27/03/2011 and 1600 hrs of 30/03/2011 one Prameela (23) D/o Koragappa Poojary R/o Gandotta Iruvail village Mangalore left her house and did not return to her house theater. She was found missing since then.
