  •  A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 28/03/2011 at 0930 hrs accused one Prasad criminally restrained one Asha Kerelin R/o Neethi Nagara Padav village Mangalore Taluk near her house and abused her in filthy language and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

  • A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 28/03/2011 at 1930 hrs in front of Bombay Saw Mill at Kotekar Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk one Subhash Pal driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. MH-04-EB-6528 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-8784 due which lorry moved ahead and collided against a KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2785. As a result all three vehicles got damaged. No causalities reported.

  •  A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 27/03/2011 at 2030 hrs accused one Kutti abused one Santhosh (18) R/o Kesaragadde Beluvai village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language in his house and assaulted him with knife and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

  • A case under Affray has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 28/03/2011 at 0830 hrs accused Ireen D Souza, Nishal D Souza, Jeena D Souza and Pricilla D Souza all residents of Kooti Mura Padav village Mangalore Taluk picked up quarrel and started fighting over a trivial issue in public place at Mura Padav village Mangalore Taluk. The Police arrested the accused and took up a case under affray.
