· A case of Burglary has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 2200 hrs of 10/03/2011 and 0300 hrs of 11/03/2011 hrs some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belongings to one Haseena (20) R/o K.C Nagar Talapady village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the backside door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments and cash Rs. 1,600/ all in worth Rs. 1,61,600/.

· A case under Criminal restraint, Outraging modesty of woman, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 11/03/2011 at 1300 hrs near Community Health center Moodabidre accused Alwyn R/o Mantradi village Mangalore Taluk criminally restrained one Prima Pereira R/o Saldana Compund Moodabidre and abused her in filthy language and and tried to outrage her modesty by pulling her hand and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

· A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 11/03/2011 at 2045 hrs on Nh 48 at Kodakkal Mangalore one Shankar driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-03-B-284 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an Ambassador car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-M-299. As a result Shabari, Mushtaq Rehaman, Nazeer Ahmed and Sayyed Ahmed Tanjal sustained serious injuries and died on the spot. Wherein Mohammed Raffique (38) R/o Arkula Mangalore Taluk, Abubakkar driver of said car, Ashraf, Nanda Kumar, Abdul Basheer and Ramachandra who were travelling in the said car are also sustained grievous injuries.
Non-Fatal: 03
· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 11/03/2011 at 1215 hrs near Baikampady Mangalore one unknown driver of unknown vehicle drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-2254. As a result motorcycle rider Riyaz and piliion rider Malik sustained grievous injuries. The vehicle driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 10/03/2011 at 1445 hrs on NH 17 at Kadekaru Mangalore one Hameed rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-8515 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-3902. As a result Hameed and Ashok rider of said motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-3902 sustained grievous injuries.
· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Surathkal East Police Station. On 10/03/2011 at 0915 hrs on NH 17 at Surathkal junction Mangalore one Devadas driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-20-AA-1799 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner collided against a scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-4553. As a result scooter rider one Shankar (38) R/o Kulai Mangalore sustained simple injuries.
Cheating/Criminal Breach of Trust: 01
· A case under Cheating along with Criminal breach of Trust has been registered in Barke Police Station on the complaint of one Sanjeeva, Manager, Mangala Co-operative society Mannagudda Mangalore. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Mohini R/o Derebail Mangalore took a loan of Rs. 10,00,000/ from Mangala Co-operative society Mannagudda Mangalore and cheated the firm by giving the forged documents.

· A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 11/03/2011 at 1630 hrs one Narasimha R/o Kodialbaila Mangalore accidentally fell down near Sri Devi College Ballalbagh Mangalore while walking due to heavy drunkenness and died on the spot.
· A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 11/03/2010 at 0800 hrs one Kumara aged about 40 yrs to 45 yrs was found dead at Busstand at Surathkal Mangalore. The death seems to be due to some illness.
Missing Persons: 02
· A case of Girl missing has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. One Safreena (19) R/o Ansari road Bunder Mangalore left her house on 10/03/2011 at 1000 hrs and did not return to her house there after. She has been found missing since then.
· A case of Boy missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Azeem (15) R/o Jalligudde Mangalore went to school on 08/03/2011 at 0830 hrs and did not return to his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
