·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 02/03/2011 and 05/03/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Mohammed S (53) R/o Kasayeegalli Mangalore by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of cash Rs. 3,500/, gold ornaments and a Mobile phone all in worth Rs. 50,000/.

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 05/03/2011 at 1230 hrs near Kumpala Bypass at Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk one Udaya Kumar driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-2769 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KL-14-J-2255. As a result one Vasu M driver of said car sustained serious injuries and died on the spot.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 04/03/2011 at 1800 hrs near Kuduremukha junction at Panambur Mangalore one unknown driver of tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-14-88 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-2721. As a result one Vanditha rider of said scooter sustained simple injuries. The unknown driver of tempo escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case under House trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Mischief causing damage along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 01/03/2011 at 1730 hrs accused Pushpa and Devadasa criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Lathish (35) R/o Gurukripa Kolambe village Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and damaged the house and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Criminal restraint along with Hurt has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 05/03/2011 at 1600 hrs accused one Vaibhav Shetty criminally restrained one Naveen Devadiga (30) R/o Hoige Thalapady village Mangalore Taluk on Devipura road at Thalapady village Mangalore Taluk and assaulted him with wooden stick owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 05/03/2011 at 1600 hrs accused one Naveen Devadiga (30) abused one Vaibhav Shetty (26) R/o Narla Thalapady village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language on Devipura road at Thalapady village Mangalore Taluk and assaulted him with wooden stick owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Urwa Police Station. In between 2200 hrs of 04/03/2011 and 0530 hrs of 05/03/2011 one Sananth R/o Mysore District committed suicide by hanging in his room at Panchami Lodge Bejai Mangalore owing to personal problem.
