·        A case under House trespass, Outraging the modesty of woman along with Hurt has been registered in Mangalore Woman Police Station. On 09/03/2011 at 0200 hrs accused one Farvees (31) criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Safrina (18) D/o Abbas R/o Ansari road Bundar Mangalore and outrage her modesty by pulling her hand and assaulted her by hand owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Fatal Road Accident has been registered in Surathkal Police station. On 16/03/2011 at 2300 hrs near Central Maidan at Surathkal Mangalore one unknown Alto car driver drove his vehicle drove his in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Aroop Samanth a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries and died on the spot.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 17/03/2011 at 1815 hrs near Mosque at Bajilakeri Mangalore one Vasu driver of an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-9035 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-636.  As a result one Harish rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.  

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 16/03/2011 at 2330 hrs in front of Kumar International National at Bendoor Mangalore one Pavan Baliga driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-1253 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MF-4629 driver by Shamanth Kumar (21) R/o Bendoor Mangalore. As a result car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MF-4629 got damaged. No causality reported.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 16/03/2011 at 1930 hrs accused Abdhul Nasir, Sharif, Fathima and Unchi Mool abused one Mohammed Hamza (38) R/o J.M. road Kodikal Mangalore in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 16/03/2011 at 1930 hrs accused Hamza and Farooq abused one Abdhul Nasir (32) R/o J.M. road Kodikal Manangalore in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under Hurt has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 17/03/2011 at 1545 hrs in the Super Lodge at Baby Alabi road Mangalore one unknown persons assaulted one Saleem (24) R/o Utthara Pradesh State with Beer bottle owing to trivial issue.

·        A case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act has been registered in Mangalore Woman Police Station. On 17/03/2011 at 1542 hrs WPI of Women PS on rounds arrested Prema (40) R/o Bajpe Mangalore and Mallika R/o Hassan District who were soliciting for prostitution at public place near Vijaya Vihar Hotel at Atthavara Mangalore.

·        A case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act has been registered in Mangalore Woman Police Station. On 17/03/2011 at 1550 hrs WPI of Women PS on rounds arrested one Mallika @ Shalini D Souza R/o Manjeshwara Kerala State who was soliciting for prostitution at public place near Atthavar Katte at Mangalore.

·        A case under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act has been registered in Mangalore Woman Police Station. On 17/03/2011 at 1730 hrs on credible information WPI Woman PS along with his staff conducted raid on room No. 21 at Vijayavihar Hotel at Atthavar Mangalore and arrested Ayeesha (36) R/o Gurupura Mangalore and Atthar R/o Surathkal Mangalore who were soliciting for prostitution there.

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 15/03/2011 at 1700 hrs one Navya A R (23) R/o Amritha Nagara Vamanjoor Mangalore left her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.

·        A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 07/03/2011 at 0900 hrs one Rafeeq (29) R/o Polali Kariyangala village Bantwal Taluk left his house and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
