·         A case of Ordinary theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1600 hrs and 1730 hrs of 17/02/2012 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Logo of BMW car bearing Reg. No. KL-07-P-8686 belonging to one TCM Shahif that was parked in front of old bus stand Hampankatte Mangalore. The logo is worth Rs. 20,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic west Police Station. On 22/02/2012 at 1215 hrs at Kodialbail Mangalore one Prasad driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-5110 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Janardhana Shenoy (60) R/o Kadri Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 22/02/2012 at 2030 hrs one unknown motorcycle rider drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and collided against one Palani Swamy (50) R/o Kairangala village Bantwal Taluk a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle. 

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 22/02/2012 at 1200 hrs at Bendoorwell Mangalore one P. Muneer driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AD-1944 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner due to which one Ashwin Nishal D’ Souza  who was a passenger of said Bus was thrown out of the Bus and sustained grievous injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 03

·        A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 22/02/2012 at 1300 hrs one Sagar committed suicide by hanging in his room at KHB colony Bondel Mangalore owing to personal problem.

·        A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 22/02/2012 at 1730 hrs one Nisha (21) R/o Mannabettu village Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by hanging in her room owing to health problem.

·        A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 22/02/2012 at 0600 hrs one Abdul Rahiman (29) committed suicide by hanging near his house owing to personal problem.

Missing Persons: 01

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 20/20/2012 in between 1000 hrs and 1530 hrs one Kavya (12) R/o Bala village Mangalore Taluk Mangalore Taluk left her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since.
