·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 17/02/2012 at 1200 hrs near Kodikal cross at Kuloor Mangalore Taluk one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-25-C-66 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-8055. As a result motorcycle rider one Subhashchandra Maada sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 17/02/2012 at 1830 hrs near Kodikal cross at Kuloor Mangalore Taluk one driver of Eicher Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-9996 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-9452 As a result motorcycle rider one Ramith (19) R/o Thalapdy village Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider Ravi sustained simple injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal Intimidation has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 17/02/2012 at 1415 hrs accused Imthiyaz and Nawaz and Hyder criminally restrained one Thaha U.K (25) R/o Kotepura Mangalore at Ullala Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and wooden stick owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 03

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 17/02/2012 at 0300 hrs one B. Hassan Ali @ Khaleel  (22) R/o Kasaba bengre Mangalore Taluk  accidently fell down in his house. Further he admitted Fr. Muller Hospital at Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on same day. The death seems to be heavy drunkenness.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 17/02/2012 at 1000 hrs one Ganesh Poojary R/o Vamanjoor Mangalore committed suicide by jumping into well near his house owing to personal problem.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 17/02/2012 at 1530 hrs one Bhavithraj (15) R/o Someshwara Mangalore committed suicide by hanging in his house owing to personal problem
