· A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 1900 hrs of 03/02/2012 and 0900 hrs of 04/02/2012 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a 407 Tempo lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-2411 belonging to one Ismail Haroon R/o near Unit hospital Mangalore Taluk that was parked in front of West coast Agencies at Nellikayi road Mangalore. The Tempo lorry is worth Rs.2, 25,000 /.

On 23/02/2012 at 1400 hrs accused Khasim Saheb abused one Jalaja R/o Haleyangady village Mangalore Taluk near Panchayath Sabha Bhavan at Haleyangady village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language referring to his caste and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 08/02/2012 at 0840 hrs on NH 66 near Deepak petrol Bunk at Panambur Mangalore one driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-4167 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Malathi (26) R/o Haleyangady a pedestrian and caused her serious injuries. Further Malathi admitted to NMPT Hospital Mangalore where she declared dead while under treatment on the same day.

No KA-20-2541 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Prasad (30) R/o Kuloor Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.
· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 07/02/2012 at 1620 hrs at Bibi Alabi road Bunder Mangalore one driver of Pick-up vehicle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-6637 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sandesh (23) R/o Karkala Taluk Udupi district a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 06/02/2012 near ESI Hospital at Kadri Mangalroe accused Stany, Radhakrishna Shetty, Balakrishna Shetty, Krishna and Rajesh abused one Rathi (48) R/o Kulshekar Mangalore in filthy language referring to her caste and assaulted her by hand and tried to outraged her modesty by pulling her hand and hair and also gave life threat to her owing to financial dispute between them.

· A case of Boy missing has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. One Sanjay Reddy (16) left his Alva’s boys hostel at Puttige village Mangalore Taluk on 08/02/2012 at 1840 hrs and did not return to hostel thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
· A case of Boy missing has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 06/01/2012 at 1100 hrs one Arjun (11) R/o Kunjathbail Mangalore Taluk went to house and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
· A case of Boy missing has been registered in Barke Police Station. One Shreshta Kuma Padival (36) R/o Boloor Mangalore went to Bangalore on the month of January and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
