·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. In between 2000 hrs of 06/02/2012 hrs and 0700 hrs of 07/01/2012 some unknown culprits gained entry into the MSIL wine shop at Muthoor village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of liquor bottles and cash Rs 40,318/. The worth of stolen property is Rs. 48, 538/.

·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Barke Police Station. In between 1930 hrs of 06/02/2012 and 0830 hrs of 07/02/2012 some unknown culprits gained entry into the KNND Associates Pvt Ltd shop at Bejai Mangalore by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of a Laptop and Cameras. The worth of stolen property is Rs. 1, 26,000/.

·        A case under Rioting, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 06/02/2012 at 1030 hrs at Car village Mangalore Taluk accused Pavitrasen and other 4 persons forming into an unlawful assembly and abused one Prashanth Jain (45) R/o Car village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and with wooden sticks and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

  • A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 06/02/2012 at 1600 hrs one unknown male person aged about 55 to 60 yrs accidentally fell down near P.K Tower at Kurnadu village Mangalore Taluk. Further he was admitted to Wenlock hospital at Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on same day. The death seems to be due some illness.
