On 04/01/2012 at 2200 hrs accused Hemanth, Santhosh, Vasanth, Pradeep, Sacchu, Shekar, Janardhan, Brajesh and Niranjan forming into an unlawful assembly Chelyar village Mangalore Taluk and criminally restrained one Jagadish (30) R/o Chelyar village Mangalore Taluk and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.
