·        A case of burglary has been registered in Barke Police Station. In between 1830 hrs of 21/01/2012 and 0800 hrs of 23/01/2012 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Primary Health Center at Lady hill Mangalore by removing roof tiles and committed theft of clock, 2 stabilizer, 2 steel tank and other articles all in worth Rs. 8,000/.

Motor Vehicle Theft: 01

·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 1545 hrs of 20/01/2012 and 2130 of 22/01/2012 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Bajaj Platina motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-0348 belonging to one Antony D’ Silva R/o Bolara Mangalore that was parked in front of Central Railway station at Mangalore.

·        A case under Criminal trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, outraging the modesty of women, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 23/01/2012 hrs accused Damodhar criminally trespassed into the premises of house belonging to one Baby (53) R/o Kunjathbail Mangalore Taluk and abused her in filthy language and outrage the modesty of her by pulling her hair and assaulted her with hand also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panamburu Police Station. On 22/01/2012 at 2230 hrs at Thannirubavi Mangalore Taluk one Dikshith rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-ED-5513 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EV-7399. As a result motorcycle rider Dikshith and pillion rider Sudheer of said motorcycle bearing Reg. No KA-19-ED sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On Night of 22/01/2012 one Joseph D, Souza (67) R/o Kavoor Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped into the pound near his house while walking and died due to drowning.

Missing Persons: 01

• A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Louis Moras R/o Neermarga Mangalore Taluk left his room from at Orphange center at Neermarga village Mangalore on 22/01/2012 at 1200 hrs and did not return to his room thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
