·        A case of Ordinary Theft has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 25/08/2011 at 0300 hrs at Industrial Area Bykampady Mangalore some unknown culprits committed theft of 356 mts of Cable wire belonging to Tokio Engineering Company at Bykampady Mangalore.

Motor Vehicle Theft: 01

·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 2100 hrs and 2120 hrs of 19/01/2012 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-3232 belonging to one Dr. Karunakar N. R/o Yeyyadi Mangalore that was parked in front of Kadri Temple Mangalore. The car is worth Rs. 45,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 18/01/2012 at 1630 hrs near Nandi Gudde bus stand at Attavara Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-3227 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner due which one Pradeep passenger of said bus thrown out of the bus and sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 19/01/2012 at 1130 hrs at Marpadi village Mangalore Taluk one Naveen driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-7527 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-7334. As a result Naveen and Ganesh drivers of both auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 19/01/2012 at 1700 hrs near Central Market at Mangalore one unknown male dead body found aged about 45 years. The reason for the death yet to decide.

Missing Persons: 01

·        A case of Boy missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Manjunath (14) R/o Maroli village Mangalore went out from his house on 17/01/2012 at 1200 hrs and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
