Ordinary Theft: 01

·        A case of Ordinary theft has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 2400 hrs of 19/02/2011 and 0400 hrs of 20/02/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a cow belonging to one Revathi (38) R/o Kondana Pulithady Kotekar village Mangalore Taluk from her house. The value of cow is to be estimated.

Fatal: 01

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 20/02/2011 at 0800 hrs near Pompai church at Badagulipady village Mangalore Taluk one uknown driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-5534 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-5387. As a result motorcycle rider Dikshith Kulal (21) and Gopala pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained serious injuries and admitted to the A.J. hospital Mangalore where in one Dikshith Kulal (21) succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on same day at 1045 hrs. The Tempo driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 20/02/2011 at 1500 hrs near Lalbhag junction at M.G. road Mangalore one Akbar Bhasha driver of a Tata Sumo vehicle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-G-195 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No.  KA-19-A-8458. As a result motorcycle rider Sandeep Fernadez and Royal Carstah (18) pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 19/02/2011 at 1930 hrs near Wenlock hospital at Mangalore one unknown auto rickshaw driver drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Saiyed Ali (72) R/o Tamilnadu State a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. The auto rickshaw driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 20/02/2011 at 1730 hrs near Coast Guard Guest house at Kunjatthor Mangalore one unknown driver of a Maruthi car bearing Reg. No. JH-01-C-6514 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. KA-01-A-7223. As a result motorcycle rider one Ramprakash sustained grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

Missing Persons: 02

·        A case of Boy missing has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 19/02/2010 at 2000 hrs one Manish (17) R/o Sulthan Batheri Mangalore went to Tuition class at Urwa Mangalore and did not return his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Dhanalaxmi (21) R/o Padumoodayee Bettu Bondanthila village Mangalore Taluk left her house on 18/02/2011 at 2100 hrs and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
