· A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 1830 hrs of 31/01/2011 and 0845 hrs of 01/02/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the ACCEL FRONT LINE SERVICE LTD shop near City hospital at Mallikatte Mangalore by breaking the window grills and committed theft of mobile phones and Pen Drives all in worth Rs. 60, 000/.
· A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. In between 1730 hrs of 31/01/2011 and 0930 hrs of 01/02/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Govt Higher Primary school at Kankanady Mangalore by breaking the door lock and committed theft of a Megh Excel Battery. The worth of Battery is yet to be estimate.

· A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 0915 hrs and 1730 hrs of 21/01/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Q-2819 belonging to one Lokesh Acharya R/o Bokkapatna Mangalore that was parked in the parking place of DC office at Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 15,000/.

· A case under Cruelty by husband along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Surathkal Police Station on the complaint of one Nabisa (40) w/o Ismail R/o 6 th block Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Ismail (husband) gave physical and mental harassment to one Nabisa (40) and he assaulted her by hand on 17/01/2011 and also gave life threat to her.
· A case under House trespass along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 01/02/2011 at 1430 hrs accused one Ashraf criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Thahira W/o Yakub R/o Kallakatte Bajal village Mangalore Taluk and also gave life threat to her owing to previous enmity.

· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 01/02/2011 at 2005 hrs at Bunts Hostel circle Mangalore one driver of a KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2638 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided one Sadhya R/o Padil Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her grievous injuries.
· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor East Police Station. On 01/02/2011 at 0745 hrs at Marakada junction Mangalore one Srinivas driver of an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-7483 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result Durgadas (25) R/o Kenjaru Bajpe Mangalore who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.

On 01/02/2011 at 0545 hrs accused Azar @ Abdhul Azeez, Aseef, Farooq, Jabbar and others persons assaulted one Mohammed Haneef R/o Kallabettu Bajal village Mangalore Taluk in front of BMK Vegetable Shop at Central Market Mangalore with a Sword and tried to kill him owing previous enmity.
