·  A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 18/02/2011 at 1245 hrs at Durga nagar Yekkaru village Mangalore Taluk one Manjunatha driver of a Tipper lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-4077 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Maruti Omni car bearing Reg. No.KA-05-D-4095.As a result Omni car driver Dinakar, Hemachandra (30) R/o Mundkoor Village Karkala Taluk and Vijay who were travelling in the said car sustained simple injuries.

·   A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 17/02/2011 at 2100 hrs near Yenopoya hospital Deralakatte Mangalore one Mohammed Naushad rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. Kl-13-U-9624 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Mohammed Sadiq (22) R/o Amblamogaru village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·   A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 18/02/2011 at 1600 hrs Kotekar village Mangalore Taluk one Mohammed Shafi driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-8313 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-5812. As a result Motorcycle rider Kareem Ibrahim (27) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider Niyaz sustained simple injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·    A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. In between 0700 hrs and 1000 hrs of 18/02/2011 at hrs one Pandu Shetty (58) R/o Panjimogaru Mangalore developed chest pain while walking near Canteen at HPCL Bala village Mangalore Taluk and died on the spot.
