·        A case under Servant theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1500 hrs and 1700 hrs of 14/02/2011 one Ray Singh R/o Rajasthan State who was working in the K.G. Gold Shop at Car street Mangalore belonging to one Bhopal Singh (31) Proprietor of K.G. Gold Shop Car street road Mangalore committed theft of cash Rs. 7, 45,000/ from same shop.

Motor Vehicle Theft: 01

·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1615 hrs and 1700 hrs of 14/02/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-1536 belonging to one Vishwanath V Malya R/o Gandhi Nagara Mangalore that was parked near Roopavani Theatre at Central Market Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 20,000/.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 13/02/2011 at 1600 hrs accused one Dennis Lobo abused one Vasanthi (24) R/o Kandattu Kallabettu village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language at Lobo Katte Karinje village Mangalore Taluk and also gave life threat to her owing trivial issue.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 17/02/2011 at 1245 hrs on Chilimbi-Urwastore at Mangalore one Vijeetha driver of a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-7616 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Laxman Poojary a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 17/02/2011 at 1550 hrs near bus stand at Ballal Bhag Mangalore one Nagaraj rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-9906 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Prameela (49) R/o Pacchanady Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 17/02/2011 at 2115 hrs on NH-17 at Adamkudru Jappinamogeru Mangalore one Nandakumar Shyamram driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. MH-11-AL-451 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2890. As a result Kubendra Naik B.K (31) conductor of a KSRTC bus, Mohammed Zahir and Fazal Ahammed who were traveling in the said KSRTC bus sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 15/02/2011 at 1900 hrs in front of Gopala Krishna Temple at Mudipu Kurnadu village Mangalore Taluk one Kareem rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-9106 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL-14-H-9724. As a result both motorcycle riders and pillion riders of both motorcycles sustained simple injuries.

·        A case under Rioting, Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 17/02/2011 at 1415 hrs accused Dhiraj, Vijeesh, Raviraj and other 5 to 6 persons forming into unlawful assembly and criminally restrained one Chirag Suvarna (18) near SDM College at Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

Missing Persons: 01

·        A case of Woman missing has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. One Pallavi (25) R/o Morgans Gate Jeppu Mangalore went to work at Fr Muller Hospital at Mangalore on 11/02/2011 at 0600 hrs and did return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
