·        A under House trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Mischief of causing damage, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 12/02/2011 at 2400 hrs accused Vinodh @ Vrashab and Annu Mugera criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Shakunthala Jain (30) W/o Dhanakeerthi Jain R/o Swasthik Nilaya Shirady village Mangalore Taluk and abused her and her husband in filthy language and assaulted them with iron rod and damaged house by breaking the household materials and also gave life threat to them owing to civil dispute between them.

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 13/02/2011 at 2300 hrs accused Yathiraj, Sooraj Shet and Rajesh abused one Rajesh Shetty (37) R/o Martis road Kadri Mallikatte Mangalore in filthy language near his house and assaulted him with stones and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue. 

·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 13/02/2011 at 0130 hrs accused Raghava Naik and Vijeeth abused Manjunatha (31) R/o Yekkur Mangalore and his friend Manoj Kumar in filthy language at Gamdotya Alape village Mangalore Taluk and assaulted them with wooden stick owing to trivial issue.

On 12/02/2011 at 1430 hrs accused one Sameer @ Yaseen abused one Mohammed Isak (62) R/o Gurukambla Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language in his house and gave life threat to him owing financial dispute between them.
