· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Traffic West Police Station. On 21/04/2011 at 0945 hrs near Chilimbi Sai Mandir Mangalore one driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-06-B-5818 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-M-6827 driven by one Suphala Shivadas (45) R/o Bangra Kulur Mangalore. As a result the car got damaged. No causalities reported.
· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 19/04/2011 at 2215 hrs near Thokkottu Overbridge Mangalore Taluk one driver of Tempo 407 bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-5442 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-9474. As a result one Mohammad (25) R/o Chembugudde Permannur village Ullal pillion rider of motorcycle sustained simple injuries.

· A case under the Essential commodities Act has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 21/04/2011 at 1615 hrs on credible information Raveendra Gadadi Asst. Commissioner of Police Mangalore City Sub division along with staff conducted a raid on Bhandara House, Behind Marigudi Temple Bolar Mangalore and seized LPG cylinders and Maruthi omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-4446 by arresting one Prashanth (36) the owner. It is learnt that the accused used to divert domestic LPG and illegally fill the private cylinders at higher rates and make profit.

· A case of Girl missing has been registered in Konaje Police Station. One Sharada (23) R/o Kuntepadavu Naringana village Bantwal Taluk left her house on 18/04/2011 at 1700 hrs and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
