·    A case of Ordinary Theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1400 hrs and 1530 hrs of 15/04/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of gold ornaments and a mobile handset which were being kept in the table belonging to one Ramesh Shetty (30) R/o K.S Rao road Mangalore while he was working at Akkamakka hotel K.S Rao road Mangalore. The total worth of stolen property is Rs. 1, 36,000/.

·   A case of MV Theft has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 2000 hrs and 2100 of 14/04/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Bajaj CT 100 motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-Q-8565 belonging to one Mohammed Zunaid R/o Marpady village Mangalore Taluk that was parked in the premise of his house. The worth of Bajaj CT 100 motorcycle is yet to be estimated.

·   A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 15/04/2011 at 2130 hrs accused one Melwyn criminally restrained one Naveen Waz (42) R/o Joseph nagar Jeppu Mangalore near his house and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also assaulted his wife Maria who came to help him and also gave life threat to them owing trivial issue.

·   A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt n has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 15/04/2011 at 2345 hrs accused Naveen Waz and his wife Maria criminally restrained one Melwyn Kishore Waz R/o Joseph nagar Jeppu Mangalore near his house and abused him in filthy language and also assaulted him by hand owing trivial issue.

·  A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 14/04/2011 at 1730 hrs accused Sathish and others criminally restrained one Ummer Farooque R/o Deralakatttea Belma village Mangalore Taluk at Jappina mogaru Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and helmet and also gave life threat to him owing financial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 03

·   A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 15/04/2011 one Deepu (27) committed suicide by hanging in his room at Park way Hotel at K.S Rao road Mangalore owing to personal problem.

·   A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. In between 1800 hrs and 2140 hrs of 15/04/2011 one Naveen (33) R/o LNT road Mangalore committed suicide by hanging near his house owing to personal problem.

·   A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Konaje Police Station. One Ameena (32) R/o Deralakatte Belma village Mangalore Taluk consumed poison on 06/04/2011 at 0700 hrs in her house owing to personal problem. Further she was admitted to Highland hospital Mangalore where she was declared dead while under treatment on 15/04/2011 at 1745 hrs.
