·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 26/12/2011 at 0915 hrs at Kallamudkooru village Mangalore Taluk one Seetharam Bhat driver of a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-369 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Girija Bhai (34) R/o Niddody village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 27/12/2011 at 1700 hrs at Haripadavu Mangalore Taluk one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KL-14-E-5130 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an Activa Honda bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-8242. As a result Activa Honda got damaged. No causality reported. Further the car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case under Causing death due to negligence (sec 304 A) has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 27/12/2011 at 1100 hrs one Thimappa Gowda (42) R/o Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped into the Stone quarry while walking at Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk sustained serious injuries and died due to drowning due to the negligence of one Shrinath owner of stone quarry and jerry owner of said land.
