·        A case of Ordinary Theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 1315 hrs and 1330 hrs of 24/12/2011 three unknown persons committed theft of 3 watches belonging to one Ronald Rebello R/o Ikal Mangalore by diverting the attention of him.

·        A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 0100 hrs and 0530 hrs of 22/12/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Maruti Zen car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-567 belonging to one Imran (26) R/o Bunder Mangalore Taluk that was parked near railway gate Mahakali padpu Mangalore. All in worth Rs.40, 000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On Maarpady  village Mangalore Taluk one driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-3208 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-9239 As a result motorcycle rider Ravindra Karkera (38) R/o Puttige village Mangalore Taluk sustained grievous injuries

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 24/12/2011at 1320 hrs near Ambedkar circle Mangalore one driver of Innova car of bearing Reg. No. KA-20-O-3277 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-7378. As a result motorcycle rider Ibrahim Khalil (37) R/o Kuloor Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

On 23/12/2011 at 1900 hrs accused Irshad and other 4 persons forming into an unlawful assembly at Panjimogeru Mangalore Taluk abused one Umar Farooq R/o Thumbe Bantwal Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him by Iron rod and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
