·        A case under Rioting, House trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 25/12/2011 at 2100 hrs at Kulai village Mangalore Taluk accused some 15 unknown persons forming into an unlawful assembly and criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one M. Suresh (42) R/o Hosabettu Kulai Mangalore Taluk and abused him in filthy language and assaulted Deepak, Joyson, Annama, Roshani, Danial and Latha with wooden stick and stone owing to trivial issue.
