·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic west Police Station. On 26/12/2011 at 2050 hrs at Chilimbi Mangalore Taluk one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-V-7112 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL-14-F-5704. As a result rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL-14-F-5704 one Rathnakara sustained grievous injuries.

On 26/12/2011 at 2300 hrs accused Purushothama and other 2 persons criminally restrained one D. Koggu (67) R/o Yeyyady Mangalore near Nanthoor Mangalore and assaulted him by hand and with stone owing to previous enmity.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 25/12/2011 at 0530 hrs Rinaaz, Safwan, Sifaz and Suzwan accidentally slipped into the Nethravati River at Boliyaru village Mangalore Taluk while taking bath and died due to drawing.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 20/12/2011 at 0700 hrs one Sumathi (23) R/o Paduperare Mangalore Taluk accidentally got serious burn injuries in her house and she was admitted to A. J hospital at Mangalore where she succumbed to her injuries while under treatment on 25/12/2011 at 1930 hrs.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 17/12/2011 at 1745 hrs one Thanuja R/o Shanthi Nagar Mangalore Taluk accidentally got serious burn injuries in her house and she was admitted to S.C.S hospital at Mangalore where she succumbed to her injuries while under treatment on 27/12/2011 at 0015 hrs.
