• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 16/12/2011 at 0015 hrs at Badagulipady village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Alto car bearing Reg. No. KA-04-MD-3921 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Maruti-800 car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-8502.driven by one Vadiraj Rao R/o Thenkayedapadu village Mangalore Taluk. As a result car got damaged. No causalities reported.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 16/12/2011 at 1300 hrs on NH-66 at Vidyadayeeni school Surathkal Town Mangalore Taluk one Ismail driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-3847 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Yogish Anchan a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulky Police Station. On 01/06/2007 at 1000 hrs on NH 66 near Bappanadu village Mangalore  Taluk one Vishwanth driver of Truck bearing Reg. No. KA-19-TC-3099 drove his vehicle in a negligent manner and collided against one Kunisha R/o Bappanadu village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries. 

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 16/12/2011 at 1350 hrs on NH 66 Barebail Mangalore Taluk one Mithun driver of Omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-2044 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which Maruti Omni car capsized. As a result Mithun driver of Maruti Omni car, Sagar, Harish and Gangadhar who were traveling in the said Maruti omni car sustained simple injuries.

·    A case under Hurt, Criminal intimidation along with SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 11/12/2011 at 1100 hrs at Mukka beach Mangalore Taluk accused Yogish, Shashi, Arun and other persons assaulted Nishanth and Subhash (27) R/o Permude village Mangalore Taluk by hand and abused referring to thier caste and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.
