• A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulky Police Station. On 14/12/2011 at 1835 hrs on NH 66 at Pavanje village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A-5691 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-1233. As a result motorcycle rider Rithesh and Aaron R/o Mudarangadi village Udupi District sustained grievous injuries. Further Rithesh succumbed to his injuries while on the way to hospital.

·     A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt, Mischief causing damage along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Panamburu Police Station. On 13/12/2011 at 1230 hrs accused one Haidhar @ kunzimonu, Shamil, and Faizal abused one Abdul Nazeer  (38) R/o Thota Bengre Mangalore Taluk in filthy language near his house and assaulted him by hand and with wooden stick and damaged the petty shop and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
