·        A case under House trespass along with Murder has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 28/06/2011 at 1300 hrs at accused some unknown persons criminally trespassed into the house and murdered Rajiya (30) R/o Panjimogru Mangalore Taluk and her daughter Fathima (07) in Rajiya’s house by assaulting them with knife owing to personal issue.

·        A case under Cruelty by husband along with Abetment of suicide has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station on the complaint of one Jaya Poojary R/o Kukkje village Karkala Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Praveen Chandra, Devaki and Sunitha gave physical and mental harassment to one Chandrika Suvarna (22) w/o Praveen Chandra R/o Yekkur Mangalore owing to trivial issue due to which on 28/06/2011 at 0930 hrs she was committed suicide by hanging at her house.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 26/06/2011 at 1700 hrs at Nanthoor junction Mangalore one driver of WagonR car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-1914 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-E-6080. As a result Boja Shetty (32) R/o Surathkal Mangalore Taluk rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 28/06/2011 at 1215 hrs on Old Kent road Pandeshwara Mangalore accused Sadique assaulted one Mohammed Putthur Bhawa (60) R/o Magaladevi Mangalore with iron punch owing to trivial issue.
