·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 22/06/2011 at 1800 hrs Kebilya Pachotu Pajeeru village Bantwal Taluk one Suresh driver of Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-35-A-9270 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-235. Further the bus driver lost control over his vehicle due which the bus fell down to road side ditch. As a result one Walter D’ Souza R/o Pajeeru village Bantwal Taluk, some 08 passenger of said bus and motorcycle rider Leo Lancy D’Souza also sustained grievous injuries..

On 21/06/2011 at 2030 hrs at Ulayibettu village Mangalore Taluk accused Mushtaq, Ajmal, Iqbal and Musthaf assaulted Mohammed Asrali R/o Ulayibettu village Mangalore Taluk and Shabhan with soda bottle owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 03

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 22/06/2011 at 1400 hrs one unknown dead body aged about 45 yrs to 50 yrs was found near Attavara katte Mangalore. The death seems to be due to some illness

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 20/06/2011 one Narayana R/o Ulayibettu village Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped into the pond near his house while walking and died due to drowning.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 16/06/2011 at 2130 hrs one Sathish (18) R/o Beluvayi village Mangalore Taluk attempted to commit suicide by pouring Kerosene on himself. He got serious burn injuries and was admitted to Wenlock hospital Mangalore where he succumbed to her injuries while under treatment on 22/06/2011 at 0215 hrs.
