·        A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 1045 hrs and 1115 hrs of 07/06/2011 some unknown persons committed theft of a TVS victor motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-6679 belonging to one Kamath & Co. Mangalore which was parked on parking place at Canara Bank Founders Branch Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 19,000/.

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 14/06/2011 at 1030 hrs in front of Ananthapadmanabha Temple at Kudupu village Mangalore Taluk one Akhila @ Jamila rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-ED-1194 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against one Umavathi (48) a pedestrian and caused her serious injuries. Further Umavathi succumbed to her injuries while on the way to hospital.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidri Police Station. On 14/06/2011 in between 1500 hrs and 1600 hrs one Jayalaxmi (20) R/o Mysore committed suicide by hanging at Panjimogru village Mangalore Taluk owing to health problem.

Missing Persons: 02

·        A case of Woman missing has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. One Sudhiksha (20) R/o MPT Cross Road Mangalore left her house on 14/06/2011 at 1330 hrs and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Mulki Police Station. One Manjula (17) R/o Bellayur village Mangalore Taluk left her house on 12/06/2011 at 1400 hrs and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
