·        A case under Kidnapping has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 20/06/2011 at 1415 hrs at Baithurli Kudupu village Mangalore Taluk accused Kiran John Pereira and other four unknown persons came in a Tata Safari car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-MA-5866 criminally restrained one Philomina w/o Kiran John Pereira R/o Kudupu village Mangalore Taluk who was travelling to her office in a car bearing Reg. No. KA-45-363 and kidnapped her from the spot.

·        A case under Criminal trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 20/06/2011 at 1830 hrs accused Ramesh criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Shashikala R/o Kumpala Someshwar Mangalore Taluk abused her in filthy language and also assaulted her by umbrella owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 20/06/2011 at 1400 hrs at Yeyyadi Padavu village Mangalore Taluk one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-3807 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-5529. As a result one Nagesh driver of said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 20/06/2011 at 1515 hrs on NH 17 at Ujjodi Kankanady village Mangalore Taluk one Hameed driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KL-13-P-3177 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-J-6564. As a result one Abdul Lathif pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 20/06/2011 at 2030 hrs near Dolly bar at Ullal village Mangalore Taluk accused Sudhir and another unknown person criminally restrained one Ashoka (45) R/o Bandikotya Ullal Mangalore Taluk abused him in filthy language and assaulted him by hand owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidri Police Station. In between 0500 hrs of 16/06/2011 and 0845 hrs of 20/06/2011 one Monta @ Shridhar (61) R/o Kodngallu Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by jumping into well owing to health problem.
