·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 11/06/2011 at 2200 hrs near Kotekani cross at Urwa store Mangalore one driver of maxi cab bearing Reg. No. KA-21-1459 drove his vehicle in rash and negligent manner and collided against one Robert D’Souza a pedestrain and caused him serious injuries. Further he succumunded to his injuries on the way to hospital.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 09/06/2011 at 2100 hrs near Kankanady Circle at Mangalore one unknown motorcycle rider drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Alwin D Souza a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The unknown motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 10/06/2011 at 2130 hrs at Thadambail Surathkal one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-5899 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-5450. As a result Santhosh driver of said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries and Sudhakar & Eishwar passengers of said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 09/06/2011 at 1300 hrs on NH 17 at Munchur cross Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one Arun rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-7056 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one moped bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-8638. As a result Mahammad (52) R/o Idya village Mangalore sustained simple injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Robbery has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 11/06/2011 at 1810 hrs accused Haris, Asif, Ajmal and another unknown person criminally restrained Abdul Salam R/o Thenkamijaru village Mangalore Taluk and his wife Jaheera near Mura Junction at Kolambe village Mangalore Taluk and abused them in filthy language and assaulted them with hand and also robbed gold ornaments belonging to Jaheera from her neck owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 11/06/2011 at 1720 hrs one unidentified male dead body aged about 45 yrs to 50 yrs was found near Kings Bar at Rao & Rao circle Mangalore. The death seems to be due to some illness.
